The Provoost family's establishment has been around for decades and is a well-known name in Burgh-Haamstede and the surrounding area. Previously, you would come here for a simple fish and chips, but nowadays, it's much more than that. Ellie says, 'A few years ago, we came up with a new plan and gave the place an upgrade. That's when we also changed the name to Fish & More. We stand for the authentic Zeeland experience.' Father Ad and son Reggie, from behind the massive display in the shop, prepare the most delightful dishes with just about anything that comes from the sea. 'Lobster, oysters, grilled fish from the pan—true fish lovers can indulge their hearts with us. We also have a delicious fish soup on the menu,' says Ad. 'I've always been fond of fish. The fish soup is made from my own recipe, and I'm always getting new ideas for it.' At Fish & More, you can enjoy sitting both indoors and outdoors on the terrace with the whole family. Basking in the sun or using a blanket by the outdoor heaters when it gets cooler. Order a platter full of delicacies, a grilled fish platter generously adorned with everything, or opt for a High Fish experience and savor a good glass of wine.
