Singer Britta Maria, pianist/singer Maurits Fondse, and accordion virtuoso Oleg Fateev have been successfully bringing French chansons to the theater for many years.

In the performance 'Heb het Leven Lief', they pay tribute to the beautiful singer Liesbeth List, her music, and her life. They perform the most beautiful Dutch and French songs and duets she ever sang, from Ramses Shaffy, Jacques Brel, Charles Aznavour, Frank Boeijen, Theodorakis, Edith Piaf, and the great Dutch composers who wrote for Liesbeth. Delivered authentically and full of emotion by singer Britta Maria, accompanied by a musical ensemble led by pianist/singer Maurits Fondse. Between the songs, they share stories about Liesbeth List's extraordinary life and the stories behind her songs.
