BOOM, like that! Dire Straits - Once Upon A Time

BOOM, like that! has been known for 10 years as the band that perfectly performs the music of Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler. In the theater show ‘Once Upon A Time…’, all studio albums take center stage, telling the story of the British rock band in a musical way.

Each album has its own character and story: Dire Straits (1978), the breakthrough with the ‘classic’ Dire Straits sound; Communiqué (1979) and Making Movies (1980), when the band expanded with keyboards and saxophone; the epic album Love Over Gold (1982); Brothers in Arms (1985), the best-selling album with the most hits; and finally On Every Street (1991). The best music from each album is performed.

Not only the well-known hits, but also beautiful lesser-known tracks. Dire Straits is diverse, versatile, but above all of exceptional quality. With this show, BOOM, like that! literally and figuratively strikes the right chord!
