Nieuwe Kerk Zierikzee
The New Church Zierikzee is a beautiful example of 19th-century ecclesiastical architecture, replacing a large cathedral that burned down in 1832. After suffering severe damage during World War II and financial difficulties within the Reformed community, the building was transferred to the Foundation for Old Zeeland Churches in 1977 and restored between 1978 and 1988.
